Better Than Spa Skin

As an anti-aging doctor, my goal has always been to help you get better with age.

You deserve not just the absence of disease, but to know what you can do to improve and take care of yourself in the best way you can for the most energy and vigor. So you can get the most out of your life.

But there’s even more to it. Because you also want to look as young as you feel.

So today, I want to show you how in as little as three minutes you can:

  • improve the look and feel of your skin
  • have a more youthful appearance
  • replenish the nutrients and moisture harsh commercial products rob you of

You see, as I dug deeper into the science of younger-looking skin, I took a look at the ingredients in most skin and hair products.

It became apparent very quickly that almost every skincare product on the market speeds up the appearance of aging.

Almost every cleanser is based on sodium laurel sulfate – SLS. It’s a pretty effective cleanser. But it’s also a skin irritant… and it sucks moisture out of your skin.1

Commercial toners aren’t any better. Most of them are loaded with up to 60% alcohol. Alcohol dries your skin. Use them long term, and these toners will make your skin look older, not younger.

There are only a few moisturizers that don’t contain any harsh chemicals. But those few only moisturize. At best they help minimize the damage caused by cleansers and toners.

You deserve better.

So instead of harsh chemicals, let me show you my all-natural “three-minute skin system.” You get better than spa-quality results that help your skin fight the effects of age and exposure.

The first step is to replace SLS in your cleanser with rose hip oil. Rose hip oil does more than cleanse. It also promotes collagen production.2 And collagen is one of the basic building blocks of all your skin and connective tissue.

Collagen helps add elasticity and firmness to your skin. When your collagen levels are healthy, your skin looks less droopy. It’s tighter and more vibrant. More like younger skin.

To complement rose hip oil, also choose pure vegetable glycerin, because it moisturizes and promotes the repair of damaged skin.3

So while you cleanse your skin, you’re also helping it to rebuild and repair. Cleansing your skin helps to ease the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. And naturally rejuvenating your look with long-lasting moisture.

In just one minute a day, these gentle cleansers and nourishment can help reverse the damage done by years of applying harsh irritants to your skin.

Next, you need to build on that base.

So for toner, get rid of the alcohol. Instead, choose pure plant extracts like aloe vera, papaya and cucumber. Together, they tone your skin effectively, but without alcohol’s damage. And aloe vera supports skin repair and moisture.

It’s a very easy way to build on the action of the gentle cleansers and adds moisture and more nutrients to help soothe and smooth dry, irritated skin.

Here’s where years of wear and tear can begin to drop away.

CoQ10 is another key to your best skin. This antioxidant powerhouse absorbs into your skin cells, where it enhances cellular energy production. It also helps minimize the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.4

Even dull, dry skin can “come alive” – leaving your skin looking softer and more vibrant.

For the final step, a moisturizer needs to do more these days. You need real healing deep inside your skin, to repair the damage from the environment.

You need a powerful rejuvenator, and the only one that helps maintain DNA. It’s called teprenone, and it has a dramatic effect on your skin.

In one trial, researchers tested teprenone for 6 months on a group of women over 45 – who all had wrinkled skin. The results were dramatic:

  • Their skin retained 58% more moisture
  • Sunspots faded by 56%
  • Elasticity, tone and roughness all improved
  • And the appearance of fine lines improved by up to 64% 5

Smoother, more youthful skin… fewer and smaller lines and wrinkles… the signs of age fading away… and it can happen with teprenone.
